At Etonic, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
